HEALTH

You may be living on campus or even living life on the go a lot. When you were younger your parents use to feed you, but now you have the privilege of doing this on your own. Well, are you doing it properly, are you eating Tim Horton’s for breakfast, Subway for lunch, and Chinese for dinner? If so you need to start going to your local grocery store buy your favorite veggies and fruits in bulk and hide your wallet for a week. No, seriously this helps you save tremendous amounts of money and even you start getting little healthier. Our generation Y, has been so technology base we never walk anymore, do you remember the last time you rode a bike? Or question is do you know how to ride a bike?

Here are some tips:
 Get some sleep, no more all nighters; they don’t even work, meaning the side effects.
 Make sure you have a very comfortable sleeping environment , no sleeping with bright lights , television on , or your room mates love quarrels’ in your ears
 Go to the doctors once in awhile , it wouldn’t hurt
 Walk sometimes, if there is something that you do usually and is close by, take a walk. Stay active.
 Try and fit some veggies in to your life, bring some to class while in a lecture, while studying can even, at a house party, and you can even have some of your favorite dips with it, fruits too.
 Plan out your meals , go to the grocery store for only one day a week and plan out your breakfast, lunch , dinners , and snack , also buy whatever is on the list don’t go over board when you run into the Pepsi sale
 Try and cook once in awhile , your technology savvy find a recipe online , and make it to your liking add – in and take out anything that you don’t like
 Stop having so much coffee in one day , it actually sometimes takes about eight hours to leave your system
