The right desicion for you ! ( not your parents )

Coming straight from high school, people usually just jump in to a certain study just to make the parents feel secure that their child has moved up the ladder to a career, and another step out the house.
So rest assures, you are not alone.
Don’t be stressed , most likely you should just apply for any program you enjoy, see how that works out than switch the program if you don’t like it.
The toughest decision of them all is MONEY VS. HAPPINES.
I knew a girl who really wanted to get into the PR industry , but with her religion and her strict parents she is now going for a bachelors of science. She isn’t happy with her program feels as if she is working too hard to pay for school  that she doesn’t even want.
Now  these situations are really hard to get around and what do you do , when its either you make good money , in a field you hate , or be happy with a sacrifice that is dear to you.
The best thing to do is make a list ( yes , physical work) . Than weight out the good and bad picture yourself when you are done the program , working in your field , who are you surrounded by ( family , friends , a partner), how did you get there, what are the concrete steps for  must take to get to your goal. After answering these question things should be clear to you.
These are all things that I would subjectively do . in other words , there is always that talk to your parents , and  do what you have to do with or without their permission , but if all the money you have is tied to them , find a job , get OSAP , loans , etc." when there is a will  there’s a way". If you don’t want to get a job , or find other substitutes to doing what you believe is the right path for you  I’m sorry to say you don’t want what it is that badly.
